One shared drive for your business, ready for people and AI to work from: files, folders and documents, found by what's inside them.

Files and folders

• New → New folder, Upload files or Upload a folder. Or drag files and whole folders onto the page.
• Recent, My files, Starred and Trash. Rename, move, star and trash from any row's ⋯ menu, with Undo.
• Previews of PDFs, pictures, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.

Find anything

Search the words inside PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV and text files, as you type. Results show the matching passage and its page, slide or sheet.

• "exact phrase", -word to leave out, and type:, title:, is:starred, after: and before:.

Documents

New → Document writes like Google Docs: headings, lists, tables, pictures and links, saved as you type. Version history keeps every version: name one, look back, restore it or make a copy. Download as HTML, Markdown or text, or print to PDF.

What the AI does

• Writes and edits from your past work: "Update last year's Northside quote with this year's prices."
• Suggests new documents, edits, moves, renames and tidying. Edits show as tracked changes, with the AI's reason. Accept all, some or none on the Suggestions page or inside the document.
• Choose Ask first or Auto for each kind of change in Documents' AI settings.

What always needs a person

No AI deletes anything for good or shares anything outside your company.
