How your business works, written down: policies, how-tos, decisions and the answers people keep asking you for. AI answers from it, helps keep it current, and publishes it as a website.

Write and organize

• Collections group pages by topic or team, and pages nest inside each other. Drag to reorder.
• A normal editor: type / for headings, checklists, tables, callouts and pictures, or @ to link another page. Pasting from Google Docs or Word keeps the formatting.
• Templates for policies, how-tos, decisions and onboarding, with fill-ins.
• History keeps every version. Compare and restore any of them.

Draft or Approved

Every page is a Draft until it's approved: by a person, or as it's written for AI's pages if you switch that on (below). Drafts show a small tag in the side list, and an Approve button at the top and bottom of the page. AI answers say when they rely on a draft. Give each page an owner and a date to review it.

Ask AI

Ask a question and get an answer from your own pages, with the exact passages it used. Each source says whether it's Approved, a Draft or Changed by AI since approval. When the Handbook doesn't cover something, the AI says so and offers to write the page.

Ask AI is one box: start with a change ("Write a page on how we onboard a client, from the last three onboarding emails") and it makes the change. Every change is in History with its reason, and one click undoes the whole request.

Who sees what

Each collection is open to everyone in the team or owners only, with a switch for whether AI can read it. Only people change settings and delete for good. Approving and publishing are people's too, unless you choose otherwise in Handbook Settings: Let agents approve pages and Let agents publish websites let an agent you've connected do them when you ask it to, and Approve AI changes automatically approves the pages AI writes as it writes them, shown as approved by that AI (automatic), with Undo.
