Privacy
Mojobase keeps waitlist details and the data your company puts in the app or connects, to provide the features you use. Company data stays apart on our server in Helsinki. This policy explains connected accounts, AI providers, sharing, retention, disconnecting and deletion. The marketing website uses no cookies.
Updated 7 November 2026. This covers this website, the Mojobase waitlist, and the Mojobase app at app.mojobase.ai.
Who runs this site?
INFERENCE & AGENTS LLC operates Mojobase, including this site, and decides what happens to what you give us here. For anything on this page, write to [email protected].

What do we keep when you join?
- Your email address, and whether you've confirmed it.
- Which form you used, the page you joined on, when, and the site or link that brought you here, if there was one.
- The name an AI agent gave, if one added you.
- Your answers to the two optional questions: which parts you want most, and which email you use for work.
What do we use it for?
To invite you, to tell you what's ready and what's still on the way, and to decide what to build next. We don't sell it, we don't give it to advertisers, and we don't add you to anyone else's list. We rely on your consent, which you can take back at any time.
Where is it kept?
On our own server in Helsinki, Finland, hosted by Hetzner. Hetzner also keeps daily copies of that server for 7 days. We send email through an email delivery service, SMTP2GO, which keeps delivery records, including your address and the subject line, for up to 35 days.
What happens when you visit the site?
We don't use cookies. Cloudflare sits in front of this site to deliver it quickly and protect it from attacks, so your requests pass through its network. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or follow you to other sites. Like most websites, our web server keeps a log of requests, including your IP address, for up to 14 days, to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
What does the Mojobase app keep?
When your company uses Mojobase, we keep what you and your team put in it, and copies of the mail and calendars you connect, on the same server in Helsinki, Finland. Each company's data is kept apart from every other company's. The passwords and permissions for connected accounts are encrypted with a key that belongs to that company alone, and nobody else's part of Mojobase can read them.
Each night we also send an encrypted copy of what your team keeps in Mojobase, apart from mail and those passwords and permissions, to Hetzner's storage in Helsinki, in case the server is lost. It's encrypted before it leaves the server, and each copy is deleted within 30 days.
How do we use connected Google accounts?
You can connect a Google account to bring your Gmail and Google Calendar into Mojobase. Here is what we access, and why:
- Gmail: we read, organise and send mail in the mailboxes you connect, so that Mojobase can show your inbox, search it, keep it in step with Gmail (read, archived, labelled, deleted), and send or schedule the mail you write.
- Google Calendar: we see the list of your calendars, and read and change their events, so that Mojobase can show them, keep changes in step both ways, and count your busy times for your booking links. We never change who your calendars are shared with, and never delete a whole calendar.
What we use it for: only the features you see and use in Mojobase. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't use it to build profiles of you for anyone else.
AI: Mojobase's AI features (sorting mail, summaries, drafting replies, answering your questions) only read a mailbox or calendar while AI is switched on for it; each has its own switch. When they do, only the content needed is sent to the company that runs the AI model for that feature. By default that's Mojobase's own accounts with Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT's maker), with model training disabled on those accounts. We never use your Google data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models, ours or anyone else's.
AI you choose: if your company uses its own AI key (Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter), the AI features send that content to that provider instead, under your company's agreement with it. If you connect your own AI agent (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Hermes or your own setup), it reads only what you could see yourself, only while it's connected, and what it reads goes to that agent's provider under your own account and their terms. You choose this in Settings, and can disconnect it there at any time.
People: nobody at Mojobase reads your Google data, except when you ask us to (for example, to help with a problem), when it's needed for security (such as looking into abuse), or when the law requires it.
Who else sees it: inside your company, a mailbox or calendar you connect is yours until you share it; teammates see only when you're busy. Outside your company, recipients are our server host (Hetzner), Mojobase's AI providers while AI is on, and the AI providers you select or agents you authorise through Settings. We don't share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it or, with your explicit prior consent, as part of a merger or sale, where this policy would still apply to it.
Keeping and deleting: we keep copies so Mojobase is fast and works the way you expect. Removing a mailbox or calendar stops syncing that item and deletes our copies of its mail or events within 30 days. Removing one calendar leaves the account connection and permission in place. A shared Google permission is retained while another connected Email or Calendar still uses it. Disconnecting the whole Google account stops access in both Email and Calendar and deletes the stored permissions; our copies of its mail and events are deleted within 30 days. You can also withdraw Mojobase's access at any time atmyaccount.google.com/permissions.
Mojobase's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. These restrictions, including the prohibition on generalised AI or machine-learning model training, apply to all transfers and recipients of Google data, including the AI providers you select and agents you authorise. Choosing your own provider or agent does not authorise model training on your Google data.
How does Numbers handle connected business data?
Numbers reads the business accounts an owner chooses to connect, to show figures, comparisons and reports in Mojobase and answer questions about them. It does not move money, make payments, change the books, or change a connected store, campaign or account. We ask for read-only permissions where the provider offers them. Some keys and permissions allow more: Intuit's QuickBooks accounting permission, for example, can also change the books. That does not authorise Numbers to write to them; Numbers only reads.
The connections available depend on what's ready in the app. Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Stripe, PayPal, Polar, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Meta Ads, Mailchimp and Klaviyo have connectors. QuickBooks Online (Intuit), US bank accounts through Plaid, Square, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and Amazon Ads are planned connections; naming them here does not mean they are available yet. We explain what a connection reads before you connect it. Planned connections will follow the handling described here when offered.
- Stores and payments: account and store details, sales, orders, refunds, discounts, fees, payouts, balances and subscriptions, as the source provides them. Square is planned to include payments, refunds, fees and payouts by location. Stripe also supplies customer names, email addresses, subscription details and payment history for customer views.
- Books and banks: the planned QuickBooks connection reads account and company details, profit and loss, invoices, amounts owed, bills and book balances. The planned Plaid connection reads the bank accounts you select, their identifying details, balances and transactions, including dates, amounts, merchant or counterparty names and descriptions. This can include information about your customers and suppliers.
- Ads and email marketing: campaign names, spend, sales the platform credits to a campaign, audience counts and growth, sends, opens and clicks. These are reports from the connected service, separate from access to your mailbox.
Storage and use: we keep the connection's account details, encrypted credentials, copies of figures and records, and an activity record of connecting, syncing and disconnecting, in your company's part of Mojobase on the server in Helsinki described in “What does the Mojobase app keep?”. Copies let us show history and comparisons without asking the source every time. An initial sync usually reads the previous 90 days and today; later syncs refresh recent days. Some sources also read older records, such as Stripe customer payment history. The initial reading window is not a limit on how long saved figures stay: they stay while the connection is in use.
Who can see it: Numbers starts open to company owners only. An owner can open it to other teammates, who then see the same company figures and records. Stripe customer details can be shown to people with Numbers access and a person can add a customer's name and email to Customers. That separate Customers record stays until it is deleted there. We do not sell connected business data, give it to advertisers, use it for advertising, or combine one company's private records with another company's.
AI: Numbers has one AI switch in Numbers Settings, covering the app's connected sources. When it is off, Numbers does not supply its data to Mojobase's AI context, agent search or AI tools. When it is on, relevant figures and records can be supplied to answer questions and prepare summaries, including through the agents you authorise. Stripe's separate customer identity and subscription-detail cache is for browser views; it is not included in Numbers' AI context or tools. For Mojobase's built-in AI, the content needed goes through Mojobase's own accounts with Anthropic or OpenAI, with model training disabled on those accounts. If your company uses its own AI key (Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter), content goes to that provider under your company's agreement with it instead. Your own agents receive data within the access you give them and handle it under the terms you agree with their providers. We do not use connected business data to train generalised AI models.
Other providers: the source you connect handles your account under its own terms and privacy policy. We use its API and the permission or key you supply to read the selected account. For the planned bank connection, Plaid will connect to your chosen financial institution and supply the selected account data to Mojobase; Plaid also handles information under itsEnd User Privacy Policy. Outside your company, our copies are handled by Hetzner for hosting and backups and, when used for the features you choose, the AI provider or your authorised agent. We may access them to provide support you request, protect the service or meet a legal requirement. Any other disclosure must be authorised by you or required by law.
Disconnecting and deleting: an owner can disconnect a source in Numbers Settings or the company's Connections settings. This stops further reads and deletes the live connection, its stored credentials and its copied figures and records, including Stripe's customer cache. Encrypted backup copies expire within 30 days, under the app backup arrangements. The activity record that a connection was removed remains; it does not contain the deleted transactions or credentials. Disconnecting does not delete anything at the original provider, or records you separately added elsewhere in Mojobase. You can also remove Mojobase from the provider's connected-app settings, or revoke or rotate a pasted API key there. Removing access there stops new reads but does not itself delete our saved copies: disconnect in Mojobase too, or ask us for deletion at[email protected].
How will Numbers use Google Analytics and Search Console?
These Numbers connections are planned, and will ask for read-only access only when you choose to connect them. Analytics will read the account and property details you select and website reports such as visitors, traffic and conversions. Search Console will read the sites you select and their search performance, including clicks, impressions and top search queries. They will not change your Analytics settings or Search Console sites.
We will use those reports only to show your website and search performance, comparisons and answers to your questions in Numbers. They will follow the Numbers storage, company access, app-wide AI switch, sharing and disconnect rules in “How does Numbers handle connected business data?”, including deletion of live copies on disconnect and backup expiry within 30 days. They will also follow the Google no-advertising, no-sale, no-generalised-AI-training, human-access and Limited Use commitments in “How do we use connected Google accounts?”. A merger or sale transfer requires your explicit prior consent. You can withdraw Google's permission atmyaccount.google.com/permissions; disconnect in Mojobase too to delete the saved reports.
How do we use other connected accounts?
Microsoft (Outlook), iCloud, Fastmail and other mail and calendar services you connect are treated the same way: used only for the features you use, kept apart for your company, encrypted, never sold, and deleted when you disconnect them.
How long do we keep it, and what are your choices?
You're only on the list once you've clicked the link we email you. If you don't, we delete your details after 30 days. Once you've confirmed, we keep them until you ask us to remove them, or until the waitlist closes. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold by writing to [email protected]. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
How will you know if this changes?
If this changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
