Calendar
Your calendar, and the scheduling work around it: finding times, booking people without the back-and-forth, and keeping your day in order.
Your calendar
- Day, 4 days, Week, Month and Schedule views, with Google Calendar's keyboard shortcuts.
- Repeating events, time zones for each start and end, guests, places, video links, reminders and private events.
- Connect the calendars you already have, two-way: Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail or any CalDAV calendar. Go to Calendar Settings → Calendars, or + Add a calendar under My calendars.
- Import and export
.icsfiles from Google, Outlook, Apple and Fastmail.
Booking links
Share a link and people book a time that suits both of you. Set your working hours, buffers between meetings, minimum notice and a daily limit. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, with fixed wording, and you can switch them off for each link.
What the AI does
Type in Quick actions (⌘K, or / in Calendar):
- "Lunch with Sam Thursday 1pm at The Corner Bistro" opens a filled-in event.
- "Find 45 minutes with Dana next week" shows free times to book or hold, in their time zone as well as yours.
- "Move my review to 3pm" shows the change in words first.
What always needs you
- Changes to your own time (holds, focus time, prep, notes) happen with Undo.
- Anything with guests waits for you: invites, reschedules, cancellations and replies. One tap approves, and shows exactly what goes out.
