Changelog

Every change to Mojobase, newest first, with the date it shipped and the apps it touched. Each entry says what changed in plain words. The changelog covers the product, this website and the tools for agents, and it is also available as Markdown for agents at changelog.md.

Updated

  1. Team chat, with channels, threads and phone notifications

    Team chat

Team chat is live: the team's own chat, inside Mojobase.

    • Public and private channels, direct and group messages, notes to yourself, threads, @mentions, reactions, and edit or delete with Undo.
    • Needs you collects unread direct messages, mentions and replies in your threads.
    • On a phone it opens on your chats, newest first, like WhatsApp, and a chat opens full screen.
    • Notifications for direct messages, mentions and replies in your threads, on phones and desktop browsers. Each waits ten seconds and doesn't go if you've read it, and no message text passes through the push service.
  2. Remove an inbox, and Mojobase's copy of its mail goes with it

    Email

Email Settings → Inboxes now has Remove this inbox under each mailbox.

    • Mojobase stops syncing it and deletes its copy of the mail, drafts and scheduled messages. The mail itself stays at your provider.
    • Whoever connected a mailbox may remove it, and owners may remove the company's shared ones.
    • Scheduled mail from it is cancelled, with a line in Activity for each person it belonged to.
    • After disconnecting a Google account, you can also choose to delete Mojobase's copy of the mail at once; otherwise it goes 30 days later.
  3. Numbers, with Shopify, Amazon and Meta Ads

    Numbers

Numbers brings a store's sales and ad spend into one view, for owners.

    • Connections in Settings → Connections: Shopify, Amazon and Meta Ads, each read-only.
    • Sales are what was ordered, before tax, shipping and refunds, measured the same way on Shopify and Amazon so the total adds up.
    • Return on ad spend is total sales divided by total ad spend; each platform's own claim stays on its own line.
    • The AI's tools, numbers_summary, numbers_daily and numbers_campaigns, answer in Quick actions (⌘K) and for agents.
  4. A new mojobase.ai, with pricing, comparisons and a page for every app

    Agents

The site now covers all of Mojobase: a page for each app, published pricing with the founding price, comparisons with sourced facts, integrations, MCP servers and guides.

    • Every page has a Markdown twin: add .md to the address, or ask for text/markdown.
    • /llms.txt indexes the site for AI agents, and /llms-full.txt holds all of it in one file.
    • Prices: $39 a month for the first person and $25 for each after; $29 and $19, for life, for the first 10 companies.
  5. Publish a Handbook collection at your own address or domain

    Handbook

Any Handbook collection can now be published as a public website by any company.

    • Every company gets a free address on mojobase.page, with each published collection at its own path, such as /help or /docs.
    • Or use your own domain, such as help.yourcompany.com, with one CNAME record and HTTPS set up for you. Up to five per company.
    • Only approved pages go out, and only when a person presses Publish.
    • Each site has search, a phone layout, a Markdown copy of every page, llms.txt and a sitemap.
  6. Customers, filled in from your email and calendar

    Customers

Customers is on the rail for every company: one list of people and companies that nobody has to type.

    • People you've written to, and outside guests on your calendar, are found for you. Newsletters and spam never make the list.
    • Someone found in a mailbox the whole team sees is added for everyone, marked "Found in email". Someone found only in your own mailbox shows to you alone until you add them.
    • Companies come from web domains, leaving out Gmail, Outlook and the other free mail domains.
    • Each person's page shows their recent mail, meetings, tasks, files and Handbook pages, gathered live as whoever is looking.
    • Signals on every person: last contact, owed a reply, gone quiet and next meeting.
  7. Tasks, with Todoist import and AI that asks or acts

    Tasks

Tasks works the way Todoist users expect, with AI tools that follow the owner's rules.

    • Quick Add with Todoist's syntax for dates, projects, labels, priorities and assignees.
    • Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Projects with sections, Labels, Search and Completed.
    • Repeats with every and every!, and reminders in each person's own time zone.
    • A one-way Todoist import, including shared projects and who each task is assigned to; one Undo takes it back.
    • AI suggestions wait for Accept in Ask mode, or apply themselves in Auto. Assigning, deleting and anything that leaves Mojobase always wait for a person. Someone given a task hears about it by email.
  8. One search across every app, in Quick actions and for agents

    Agents

Typing in Quick actions (⌘K) now searches mail, events, files, documents, tasks and Handbook pages at once, ranked together.

    • Each app answers with its own search, as you, so you only see what you could already open.
    • The words you typed in a title rank first, then each app's own order, then what's nearest in time.
    • A slow or broken app is left out and named, never fatal.
    • Agents get the same search as one tool, mojobase_search.
  9. Scheduled runs and one Activity log for people and agents

    Agents

The AI now works on a schedule, and everything people and agents do is in one place.

    • Three runs, each with its own switch and time in Settings → AI: Morning sweep, New mail (every 30 minutes when there's new mail) and Friday review. All start switched off.
    • Runs only write drafts and suggestions. Mojobase's MCP server offers a run reading tools and the tools that make drafts, suggestions and approval requests, and nothing else.
    • Every run reads the Handbook's business profile first.
    • Activity shows what every person and agent did in every app, newest first, with filters by person, agent and app, and a link to each change's Undo.
  10. One MCP server for every app, over the internet

    Agents

Your own AI agent now reaches Email, Calendar, Documents, Tasks and the Handbook through one address, https://app.mojobase.ai/mcp, instead of one connection per app.

    • Make a key in Settings → Connect an agent. It's shown once, only a fingerprint is kept, and it can be switched off at once. Up to ten per person.
    • The agent acts as you: your role and only the apps you may open, checked again on every request.
    • Every tool call shows in Activity as you, with the agent's name and model.
    • Works with Claude Code, Codex and any MCP client that sends a key.
  11. Mojobase's own email moves to Mojobase's mail server

    Email

Mojobase now hosts email itself, starting with its own domain: james@ and [email protected] run on Mojobase's mail server in Helsinki.

    • Mail is signed with DKIM, with SPF and DMARC published for the domain. Test mail reached Gmail's inbox with all three passing.
    • Outgoing mail goes through a relay with an established sending reputation.
    • Hosted mailboxes appear in Mojobase Email like any connected mailbox, with the same sorting and drafts.
    • The mail server has daily backups, and a restore was tested message by message against the live server.
  12. Handbook, the company wiki the AI answers from

    Handbook

The Handbook holds how the business works, and the AI both answers from it and helps keep it current.

    • Collections of nested pages, templates for policies, how-tos, decisions and onboarding, and history you can restore.
    • Ask AI answers only from pages you may read, quoting each page exactly. Each quote is checked against its page before it's shown.
    • The AI creates, edits, moves and archives pages with Undo. Settings, publishing and deleting for good wait for a person.
    • The business profile, filled in from your website or from a ChatGPT or Claude project, is read first by every run and agent.
  13. Documents, with search inside files and AI suggestions

    Documents

Documents is a shared drive for the team, with an editor and an AI that suggests rather than overwrites.

    • My files for each person and a Company folder for everyone.
    • Search reads the words inside PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text and HTML files, and opens a PDF at the matching page.
    • Documents with version history: name versions, restore one, make a copy, download as HTML, Markdown or text.
    • AI edits arrive as tracked changes with their reason and sources. Ask first or Auto for each kind of change, and Undo in Activity.
  14. Calendar connects Google Calendar and Outlook, both ways

    Calendar

Calendar now syncs with the calendars you already use.

    • Connect a Google account once and Gmail and Google Calendar arrive together, from one Google screen.
    • Outlook connects for personal Microsoft accounts and work or school ones. Meetings with guests on an Outlook calendar are changed in Outlook, because Microsoft emails guests on every change.
    • Changes made in Mojobase go back to Google without Google emailing anyone.
    • Every connected calendar's busy time counts for your booking links. Disconnecting deletes the stored permission and every copy.

Stop being the only one who knows how it all fits together.

The first 10 companies pay $29 a month for the first person and $19 for each after, for life. We open in small groups, and the waitlist goes first.
