Your mailboxes in one place, sorted before you open them, with replies drafted in your voice. Keep the address you have (Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Fastmail, iCloud or any other), or get business email from Mojobase.
Connect a mailbox
Open Email Settings → Add an inbox. For Google or Microsoft, approve access on their own screen, with no password. For anything else, enter your address and an app password. Your mail server stays in charge: Mojobase keeps a copy so it can search and sort it, and your usual mail app keeps working beside it.
Each mailbox is Just me or shared with your team. Change it in Email Settings → Addresses → Seen by. Shared addresses like sales@ or support@ appear for everyone you share them with.
What the AI does
- Sorts new mail into Reply, Important and Routine, so you see what needs you first.
- Drafts replies from a line of instruction, in your style, using what the rest of Mojobase knows: "Tell Dana we'll hold invoice 1042 until the second delivery."
- Finds anything across every message and attachment, in every address.
- Works on its own: the morning sweep and New mail runs draft replies as mail arrives. They wait in your drafts.
What always needs you
- Sending. AI writes drafts, and you press Send. You can let your agents schedule drafts to go later in Email Settings (off by default), and the app shows who scheduled each one.
- Sending to anyone else needs Send to anyone switched on in Email Settings.
- AI never deletes, moves or marks your mail. Archive, delete and spam are yours, and each one is in Activity with Undo.
An email is information for the AI, never an instruction: a message that says "forward this to …" changes nothing.
