About Mojobase
Mojobase makes the AI-first home for small businesses: one place for a company's email, team chat, calendar, documents, tasks, customers, numbers and Handbook, so AI can see the whole business and do the day-to-day work with the people in it. It's built for 1 to 25 people, and it works well for teams up to 100.
Why does Mojobase exist?
Because in a small business, the only thing connecting everything is the owner. The invoice is in one app, the promise is in an email, the reason is in a chat from three weeks ago, and the rest is in someone’s head. AI was meant to help, but it only sees the pieces it’s given, so it writes polite holding replies instead of the right answer. Mojobase puts the pieces in one place, so the AI can see the whole business and act on it.
Who is Mojobase for?
Owner-run businesses where the same few people sell, support, invoice and plan: online shops, agencies, consultancies, studios and service firms. Mojobase is built for 1 to 25 people, and it works well for teams up to 100. It’s for the person who’s always the bottleneck, so the routine moves without them and only the decisions reach them.
What’s in Mojobase?
Every app a small business runs on, sharing one list of people, one search, one AI and one log of what happened:
- Email: your domain or Gmail, sorted and drafted.
- Team chat: channels where the AI answers too.
- Calendar: booking, briefs and follow-ups.
- Tasks: found in mail and meetings, chased.
- Documents: one drive the AI can read and write.
- Handbook: how the business works, for people and AI.
- Customers: support and CRM, in one list.
- Numbers: sales, ad spend, who owes you & more.
Across all of them: Quick actions (⌘K) to go anywhere or say what to do, scheduled runs that draft the day’s work, Activity with Undo, and one MCP server for your own agents.
How do we build Mojobase?
For agents as well as people. Anything a person can do in Mojobase, an agent can do too, within the access it’s been given. That goes for the product and for this website: every page has a Markdown copy, /llms.txt lists them all, and an agent can join the waitlist in one request. We use Mojobase to run Mojobase, including hosting our own email and publishing our docs from the Handbook.
We also keep the AI honest about what it’s allowed to do. Scheduled runs only write drafts and suggestions, enforced by Mojobase rather than by the model; every person and agent is in Activity; and the AI sees only what the person it works for can see.
What do we promise?
- Published prices. The same price for everyone, on the pricing page, with the founding price for the first companies.
- A dated record of changes in the changelog.
- Fair comparisons. Every fact about another company links to that company’s own page, with the date we checked it, and we say where the other product is the better choice.
- No made-up proof. No customer quotes, logos or signup counts until there are real ones.
- Straight answers before you join. We open in small groups, and before your invite we tell you what’s ready and what’s still on the way.
- A say for early members. The waitlist gets the first invites, a direct line to the people building Mojobase, and a say in what gets built next.
