Use case
Let AI sort your inbox every morning
Mojobase's AI reads each incoming email once and labels it Reply (someone is waiting on you), Important (nothing to answer, but something to do) or Routine, with one line on why. Only Reply and Important reach your To do list, so newsletters and notifications stay out of it. One click corrects a label, and your corrections teach it.
How does Mojobase sort your inbox with AI, step by step?
Bring every address in
Host business email on your own domain with Mojobase, or connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox. Every address lands in one Inbox, each with a short label such as Sales or Personal.
Each message gets one label
As mail arrives, the model reads it once and labels it Reply, Important or Routine, with a short reason phrased as the thing to do, such as “Sign the lease renewal by Friday”.
To do holds only what needs you
Reply and Important conversations, plus drafts to check, make up To do. Routine mail stays in the Inbox. Replying or archiving takes a conversation off To do, and the other person's next message brings it back.
The morning sweep drafts the answers
Switch on the Morning sweep in Settings → AI and it goes through new mail before you start, drafting a reply wherever one is needed. The New mail run does the same every 30 minutes while mail arrives.
Real work becomes a task
An email that asks for real work or carries a date, such as a revised quote by Thursday, becomes a suggested task linked to the message, so it doesn't sit in the inbox as a reminder.
Correct it once
Change any label with one click. Your latest 25 corrections go to the model as examples, so it learns to sort the way you would.
What do you say to start it?
- “What needs a reply from me today?”
- “Show me everything Important from the last week that I haven't dealt with.”
- “Which conversations am I waiting on someone else for?”
- “Draft replies to everything that's waited more than a day.”
- “Which new contacts wrote to the sales address this week?”
What do Reply, Important and Routine mean?
Each label says what a message asks of you, not who sent it. That's the difference from folders and rules, which sort by sender or keyword and need rewriting every time something new arrives.
| Label | What it means | Examples | On To do? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reply | A person is waiting on you | A customer asking for a quote, a colleague's question, a supplier asking to confirm dates | Yes |
| Important | Nothing to answer, but something to do | A failed payment to fix, a contract to sign, a filing to make, a transfer to confirm | Yes |
| Routine | Asks nothing of you | Newsletters, receipts, sign-in and two-factor alerts, delivery news, auto-replies, terms changes | No, Inbox only |
What happens to mail you're waiting on?
It comes back if nobody answers. When the last word in a conversation is yours and you're waiting for something, Mojobase folds it under “Waiting on them” and brings it back to To do two working days later if no reply has arrived, skipping the weekend. The model reads each sent message once to decide whether it actually waits for anything, so “thanks” and “here it is” don't come back to nag you.
Why sort by what the AI knows about the whole business?
Because importance depends on context the inbox doesn't have. An email from a customer with an open support conversation, a meeting tomorrow and a late invoice matters more than its subject line suggests. Mojobase's AI sees Customers, Calendar, Tasks and Numbers next to the mail, so the morning sweep can put that email first and draft a reply that mentions tomorrow's meeting.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Connect or host your addresses and switch on the Morning sweep in Settings → AI; the included AI needs no keys or setup. To do starts from the last 14 days of mail and counts anything older as dealt with, so it isn't flooded with years of old conversations on the first morning.
Questions people ask
Does AI email triage work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox, or host your address with Mojobase. Sorting works the same on every address, and they all share one To do list.
Will newsletters and receipts clutter my To do list?
No. Newsletters and receipts are recognised from their headers and labelled Routine, along with sign-in alerts, delivery news and terms changes. Routine mail stays in the Inbox, where you can still read it.
Does the AI move or delete my mail?
Sorting only labels conversations inside Mojobase. Archiving, marking as spam and blocking a sender are your clicks, each with Undo, and they're what changes the mail on your provider's server.
Can I switch sorting off for one mailbox?
Yes. AI has its own switch on each mailbox. While it's off for a mailbox, no AI reads that mailbox: not the sorting, not the drafts and not your agents.
How quickly does it learn what matters to me?
From your first correction. Every label you change is kept, and your latest 25 corrections go to the model with each new message as examples of how you sort.
