Mojobase for Amazon sellers

Mojobase gives an Amazon seller one place for the business around Seller Central: daily Amazon sales and orders, Amazon Ads, Meta and Google spend, factory and freight email, SOPs for your assistants, and invoices for wholesale buyers. Each morning the AI reads them together and says what changed. It shows sales and return on ad spend, not profit.

What does Mojobase do for amazon sellers?

Amazon's numbers without logging in

Ordered product sales and orders for each day from Seller Central, next to Amazon Ads spend and return on ad spend, compared with the same weekday last week. Add Shopify if you sell there too.

Factories and freight forwarders

Production updates, shipment dates and quotes stay in Email, sorted, with replies drafted from what the factory promised last time. A ship date in an email becomes a suggested task.

SOPs your assistants follow

Write how you check listings, answer suppliers or prepare a shipment once, in the Handbook. A virtual assistant reads it, and the AI drafts from it, so the work is done the same way every time.

Shipments and launches that don't slip

A project per product launch or inbound shipment, with tasks for samples, photos, labelling and booking freight, and a nudge when one is overdue.

Invoices for wholesale buyers

Numbers reads your existing Stripe invoices to retailers and distributors and shows who owes what. The AI checks email, meeting notes, team chat and tasks before drafting reminders with Stripe's existing payment link for a person to send.

What would you ask it?

  • “What did Amazon do yesterday against last Tuesday?”
  • “Is Amazon Ads spend growing faster than Amazon sales this month?”
  • “When is the factory's next shipment due, and has the forwarder confirmed it?”
  • “Draft a reply to the factory asking for the new production date in writing.”
  • “Write an SOP for our assistant on checking the morning numbers.”
  • “Show Brightline Wholesale's overdue Stripe invoices and draft a reminder with the payment link.”

Connects to: Amazon Seller Central (US), Amazon Ads, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Stripe, Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.

What does an Amazon seller's morning look like with Mojobase?

One screen replaces the Seller Central dashboard, three ad managers and the supplier inbox. A Tuesday for a two-person brand selling on Amazon and its own Shopify store:

When What happens Where
7:30 Yesterday's Amazon sales and orders against last Tuesday, with Amazon Ads spend and return on ad spend beside them Numbers
7:31 A note from the morning sweep: Amazon Ads spend up 22% on last week, Amazon sales flat, one campaign responsible for most of it Numbers, Home
8:00 The factory's overnight email moves the production date by a week. The reply asking for it in writing is drafted, and the shipment task's date is suggested to move Email, Tasks
10:00 Your assistant follows the Handbook's SOP to check the week's listings, and asks the AI in Team chat when a step is unclear Handbook, Team chat
15:00 A wholesale buyer's invoice is 10 days late. Their email says payment runs on the 15th, so the AI holds the reminder Numbers, Email

Why does an Amazon seller need the AI to see everything?

Because the numbers only make sense next to the email. Amazon sales dropping for three days means one thing if a listing was suppressed and another if the factory's shipment slipped and stock ran out, and the second is in your inbox, not Seller Central. Mojobase's AI reads the sales, the ad spend, the supplier threads and the tasks together, so its morning note can say which it is.

How does Mojobase count Amazon sales and ad spend?

The same way on every channel, so the totals add up. Sales are what was ordered, before tax, shipping and refunds: Amazon's ordered product sales, and Shopify's gross sales if you connect it. Return on ad spend is total sales divided by total ad spend across Amazon Ads, Meta and Google. Each platform's own claim of the sales its ads made is shown separately, marked as that platform's figure, because the platforms take credit for the same sale. Amazon revises recent days, so the last seven are read again every time.

What doesn't Mojobase do for an Amazon seller?

It reads Amazon; it doesn't run your account. No listing changes, no PPC bid management, no inventory or restock forecasts, no reimbursement claims, and no profit after fees. Connections are read-only: Mojobase doesn't change anything in Seller Central or your ad accounts. Keep the specialist Amazon tools you rely on, and let Mojobase hold the business around them.

Questions people ask

Does Mojobase connect to Seller Central?

Yes. An owner connects it once in Settings → Connections, and Mojobase reads ordered product sales and orders for each day, read-only. Today that's Amazon's US store, in US dollars; other marketplaces and currencies aren't included.

Does Mojobase show profit after Amazon's fees?

No. It shows sales, orders, ad spend and return on ad spend. Profit needs your product costs and Amazon's fees, which Mojobase doesn't read, and it does no bookkeeping or bank reconciliation, so keep your profit tool and your accountant.

Can Mojobase answer Amazon buyer messages?

No. Messages with Amazon buyers stay in Seller Central. Mojobase handles your email: factories, forwarders, wholesale buyers, and a support address for customers who find your own site.

Does it track inventory or plan restocks?

No. Mojobase doesn't read inventory levels or forecast restocks. It keeps the supplier conversations and the restock tasks, and reminds you when a shipment date in an email has passed without confirmation.
