Mojobase for coaches

Mojobase gives a coach one place for the business around the sessions: one-on-one booking with intake questions, a brief before each session, notes turned into a recap and actions for the client, client email, programme material in the Handbook, and invoices. Booking is one-on-one only, with no group sessions, payment at booking or text reminders.

What does Mojobase do for coaches?

One-on-one booking with intake questions

A booking link with your session length, hours, buffers, minimum notice and a daily cap, plus questions such as what the client wants from coaching. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, with links to move or cancel.

A brief before every session

What the client said last time, the actions they agreed to, and anything they've emailed since, in a few lines on the event.

Session notes into a recap

Type or paste your notes after the session. You get a summary on the event, suggested tasks for your own follow-ups, and a recap email with the client's actions, drafted for you to send.

Every client in one list

Clients are found from your email and calendar, each with their sessions, emails and files on one page. Anyone who's stopped booking for 30 days is flagged as gone quiet.

Your programme, written once

Worksheets, frameworks and your answers to common questions live in the Handbook. Publish a collection as a public page, and the AI drafts from it so its answers match yours.

Stripe invoices and memberships, tracked

Numbers reads existing Stripe invoices for packages and sessions and shows who owes what. Reminder drafts include the existing Stripe payment link for a person to send. If you sell memberships through Stripe, each client's subscription shows on their page too.

What would you ask it?

  • “Prepare me for my 10:00 with Maya.”
  • “Here are my session notes. Draft the recap with Maya's three actions.”
  • “Which clients haven't booked in the last month?”
  • “Has Jonas paid his Stripe invoice for the six-session package?”
  • “What did Priya say she wanted from coaching when she first booked?”

Connects to: Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Calendar, Stripe.

What does a coaching day look like with Mojobase?

The sessions are yours; the preparation and follow-up are drafted around them. A Tuesday for an independent leadership coach:

When What happens Where
8:30 Each of today's four sessions has a brief: last session's summary, the actions agreed, and any email since Calendar
9:15 A new client books an intro session through your link. Their intake answers are on the event Calendar, Customers
11:00 After a session you paste your notes. The recap email with the client's three actions is drafted Calendar, Email
14:00 A client asks by email for the values worksheet. The reply is drafted with the Handbook page linked Email, Handbook
17:00 You ask who hasn't booked in a month. Two clients are flagged, with a check-in drafted for each Customers, Email

Why does a coach need the AI to see everything?

Because coaching is continuity. A good session picks up exactly where the last one ended, and a good recap holds the client to what they said. That thread runs through your calendar, your notes, your email and your materials. Mojobase's AI reads them together, so the brief remembers the commitment from three sessions ago and the recap uses the client's own words.

What doesn't Mojobase do for coaches?

It runs the business around one-on-one coaching. Plainly:

  • One kind of booking link: one-on-one sessions only, no group, class or round robin booking.
  • No payment at booking and no packages sold on the booking page; create and send invoices in Stripe, which Numbers reads.
  • No text message reminders or calls; confirmations and reminders go by email.
  • No video calls of its own. Paste the link from the video tool you use into the event.
  • No recording or transcription. It works from notes you write or paste.
  • No course platform or client portal.

Questions people ask

Can clients pay when they book?

No. Booking links don't take payment. Create and send invoices in Stripe, or keep selling packages and memberships there. Mojobase reads those existing invoices and subscriptions, shows what is owed, and drafts overdue reminders with the existing Stripe payment link for a person to send.

Can I run group sessions or workshops?

Not through a booking link: booking links are one-on-one, and there's no group or round robin booking. Arrange a group session as an ordinary calendar invitation, which you approve before it's sent.

Does Mojobase send text message reminders?

No. Confirmations and reminders for bookings go by email, with fixed wording and a switch on each booking link. There's no texting or calling in Mojobase.

Who can read my session notes?

Notes sit on the event in your own calendar, so only you and the AI working for you read them. AI has its own switch on each calendar, and Mojobase's AI providers may not train on your notes.

What does Mojobase cost for a solo coach?

$39 a month for one person, with every app and the AI included, or $29 for the first 10 companies, for life. An assistant adds $25 a month.

Stop being the only one who knows how it all fits together.

The first 10 companies pay $29 a month for the first person and $19 for each after, for life. We open in small groups, and the waitlist goes first.
