Mojobase for founders

Mojobase is for the founder everything still runs through. The AI reads the whole business each morning, drafts the replies, suggests the tasks and leaves you at most three decisions only you can make. Work you hand to the team goes with its context, Activity shows what everyone did, and your own AI assistant can work inside it as you.

What does Mojobase do for founders?

Three decisions, not a full inbox

Needs you today on Home holds at most three things only you can decide. Everything the AI drafted or suggested waits in its own app with a quiet count, and Activity keeps the record.

Hand work over with its context

Assign a task and the email thread, the call notes and the files it came from go with it. Overdue work is flagged, and the nudge to its owner is drafted for you to approve.

Fewer “quick questions”

When the team asks how refunds work or what was promised to a customer, the AI answers in Team chat from the Handbook, the email and the tasks, with a link to its source.

What's in your head, written down

The business profile tells every AI run what you sell, your prices, your tone and what it may do on its own. Policies and how-tos live beside it, so the business doesn't need you to explain itself.

Your own assistant, inside the business

Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Hermes or your own setup over MCP. It reads and works across email, calendar, documents, tasks and the Handbook as you, with your access, and everything it does shows in Activity.

Every address, one To do

Your own address, sales@ and support@, hosted on your domain or connected from Gmail and Outlook, sorted into one list of what needs you, with drafts ready.

What would you ask it?

  • “What needs me today, and what can wait until Monday?”
  • “What did the team get done while I was travelling?”
  • “Hand the Acme renewal to Sam with everything he needs.”
  • “What did I promise people this week that isn't done yet?”
  • “Draft my reply to the accountant with last month's sales by channel.”

Connects to: Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Calendar, Stripe, Shopify and Amazon.

What does a founder's week look like with Mojobase?

Less of it is spent being the router between people and tools. A week for the founder of a 12-person business:

Day What happens Where
Monday Needs you today: approve a supplier's new terms, decide on a refund, reply to a partner. Forty other emails already have drafts Home, Email
Tuesday You hand the Acme renewal to Sam. The task carries the thread, the last call's notes and the current price list Tasks, Calendar, Documents
Wednesday Travelling. The team asks the AI in Team chat instead of messaging you, and it answers from the Handbook Team chat, Handbook
Thursday Back at your desk, you ask what the team got done. Activity and Tasks answer, with links Activity, Tasks
Friday The Friday review: what shipped, what slipped, sales against last week, and which customers have gone quiet Home, Numbers

Why does a founder need the AI to see everything?

Because you're the only person who sees everything today, and that's the bottleneck. Every question that crosses two tools comes to you: “can we promise Friday?”, “did they pay?”, “what did we tell them last time?”. When the email, the calendar, the tasks, the customers and the numbers are one business, the AI can answer those questions for your team, and you get your attention back for the ones only you can answer.

How do you stay in control when the AI does more?

By deciding, kind by kind, what it may do. Most kinds of change can be Suggest, where it waits for you, or Auto, where it's done and shown, with Undo, in Activity. Scheduled runs only ever write drafts and suggestions. Agents act as a person, never with more access than that person has. Start with Suggest everywhere, look at Activity after a week, and switch on Auto where it never got anything wrong.

Which tools does a founder stop paying for?

  • An AI email assistant, because Email sorts and drafts across every address.
  • A chat app, because Team chat has channels, direct messages and threads, with guests.
  • A to-do app and a wiki, because Tasks and the Handbook are part of it.
  • A scheduling tool for one-on-one meetings.
  • A CRM, because Customers fills itself from your email and calendar.

Keep your accounting software and your bank: Mojobase reads existing Stripe invoices and shows who owes what, but it doesn't create or send invoices, or do bookkeeping, expenses or tax. Invoice reminders are drafts with the existing Stripe payment link for a person to send.

Questions people ask

Can I run two companies in Mojobase?

Yes. One sign-in opens every company you belong to, and you switch between them in Settings → Your companies. Each company keeps its own data, team, inboxes and subscription, so nothing from one leaks into the other.

Where does my personal email go?

In a Personal space, separate from every company: your personal inboxes, calendar, documents and tasks, with no team. It's free for anyone who is a paid person in a company, and personal mail never sits in a business.

Does the AI make decisions for me?

It drafts and suggests, and you decide. You can set some kinds of change to Auto, such as tidying your own tasks, and every change it makes is in Activity with Undo. What reaches other people waits for your approval, unless you've chosen Auto for it, as you might for simple support questions.

What does it cost for a founder on their own?

$39 a month, with every app and the AI included, and $25 for each person you hire after that. The first 10 companies pay $29 and $19 instead, for life.
