Mojobase for real estate agents

Mojobase gives a real estate agent or small team a CRM that fills itself from email and the calendar, with the follow-ups drafted. Buyers and sellers become people with their emails, viewings and files on one page; the AI flags who's waiting on you and which past clients have gone quiet. It has no MLS, listings, texting or transaction management.

What does Mojobase do for real estate agents?

A contact list that fills itself

Every buyer, seller, lender and inspector you email or meet becomes a person, grouped by company, with recent mail, viewings, tasks and files on one page. Nobody types them in after a long day.

Follow-ups after every viewing

Ask for follow-ups to Saturday's viewings and each buyer gets a draft that mentions the property and what they told you they wanted. You read them and send.

Past clients who don't drift away

Anyone you used to talk to who's heard nothing for 30 days is flagged as gone quiet. Ask for check-ins and each draft picks up where you last left off.

Viewings and valuations by booking link

A one-on-one booking link with your hours, buffers and questions, such as budget and timing. The answers and any past emails become a brief on the event.

Ask the paperwork

Inspection reports, disclosures and offers you've saved in Documents, searchable by what's inside. Ask what the inspection said about the roof and get the passage and the page.

Your own to-dos for each deal

A project per deal with the dates you enter, such as the inspection or the appraisal, and dates in emails suggested as tasks. It's your checklist, not a transaction management system.

What would you ask it?

  • “Which buyers from Saturday's open house haven't heard from me?”
  • “Draft a check-in to past clients I haven't emailed in six months.”
  • “What did the Hendersons say they need in a house?”
  • “Send the Parks my booking link for a Saturday viewing.”
  • “What does the inspection report on 14 Elm Street say about the roof?”
  • “Turn the dates in this accepted offer into tasks.”

Connects to: Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Calendar.

What does an agent's week look like with Mojobase?

Fewer evenings spent catching up on follow-ups. A busy week for a solo agent with two deals in progress:

Day What happens Where
Monday The morning sweep drafts replies to weekend enquiries and lists the buyers waiting on you, oldest first Email, Customers
Tuesday A seller books a valuation through your link. Their answers and an email from last year become the brief Calendar, Customers
Wednesday You ask what the inspection report says about the boiler. The answer quotes it, with the page Documents
Thursday Dates from the accepted offer are suggested as tasks: inspection, appraisal, closing Tasks
Saturday Open house. On Sunday you ask for follow-ups, and each visitor who emailed gets a draft about the house they saw Email

Why does a real estate agent need the AI to see everything?

Because the relationship is the business, and it's spread across the inbox, the calendar and the files. A follow-up that says “thanks for coming” is easy; one that remembers the Hendersons need a garden and a short school run needs their emails and your notes from the viewing. Mojobase's AI reads them together, so the draft sounds like you remembered, because the business did.

What doesn't Mojobase do for real estate agents?

It runs the email, calendar, contacts and files around your deals, and not the industry systems. Plainly:

  • No MLS, listing portals or IDX website.
  • No transaction management, forms, e-signatures or compliance review.
  • No texting or calls. Email, booking links and Team chat only.
  • No drip campaigns or bulk marketing email.
  • No commission tracking or bookkeeping.

Agents who live in those tools keep them, and use Mojobase for the conversations around every deal.

Questions people ask

Is Mojobase a real estate CRM?

It's a CRM that fills itself from your email and calendar, which suits an agent whose business runs on their sphere and referrals. It has no MLS connection, lead routing or drip campaigns, so a team that depends on those should keep a real estate CRM.

Does Mojobase connect to the MLS or my listing site?

No. Mojobase doesn't connect to the MLS, listing portals or IDX websites, and it doesn't publish listings. Lead emails that portals send to your inbox are sorted and answered like any other email.

Can Mojobase text or call my clients?

No. Mojobase has no texting or phone calls. It works through email, booking links and Team chat, so if most of your clients reach you by text, keep the texting tool you use.

Does it handle transaction paperwork?

No. There are no forms, e-signatures or broker compliance reviews. Documents stores the files you save and answers questions about them, and Tasks keeps your own to-dos and dates for each deal.

What does Mojobase cost for a team of three agents?

$89 a month at list price: $39 for the first person and $25 for each of the other two, with every app and the AI included. The first 10 companies pay $67 a month, for life.
