Its business profile is the first thing every AI run and agent reads, so the morning sweep, a draft reply to a customer and the support AI all follow the same rules. A collection can be published as a public help center. It doesn't train or test anyone.
How does the AI compare?
Trainual's AI assistant answers questions about meetings, goals, training completion and people, drafts training and SOPs from a prompt, generates tests and quizzes from training content, and suggests org charts and role responsibilities. Trainual's AI page also says custom AI agents can connect to its MCP server.
Mojobase's AI keeps the Handbook and uses it. Ask "what's our refund policy for wholesale orders?" in Quick actions (⌘K) and it answers with quotes and links. A decision made in Team chat gets an offer of a Handbook update. By default AI may update pages, with every change in history, while approving pages, publishing and settings are left to people.
