The best Trainual alternatives for a small business (2026)

Do you need a handbook or evidence that training happened?

Choose a handbook when people need to find the current way to do a job. Choose a training platform when someone must assign learning, test understanding and report completion. Moving the words into another editor does not preserve that second job.

Move the current procedures first and preserve training evidence separately. A readable page and a historical completion record have different purposes and should survive the move in forms that serve those purposes.

1. Inventory the subjects you use, their owners and the people who depend on them. Mark outdated or duplicate instructions before copying anything.
2. Preserve training reports and policy acknowledgements you need through Trainual's available options. Trainual lists CSV and PDF report exports on its pricing page, checked 7 November 2026; inspect the result before giving up access.
3. Choose one frequently used procedure, such as onboarding a client, and recreate it in the destination with its links, images and responsible person.
