All-in-one business software, compared

Zoho One and Odoo cover the most ground, including finance apps and inventory, at a per-user price. Bitrix24 is cheapest for a whole team. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace cover email, files and meetings rather than customers. ClickUp covers work, HubSpot covers customers, and Mojobase covers the daily office with AI that sees all of it.

What is all-in-one business software?

All-in-one business software is a suite of apps from one company, sold on one subscription, that covers several jobs a business would otherwise buy separately: email, chat, documents, customers, projects, support and sometimes accounting. The appeal is one bill, one login and data that's already connected. The catch is that each app in a suite is rarely the best of its kind, and you pay for apps you may never open.

The suites differ most in what they cover. Some are built around office work (email, files, meetings), some around customers (CRM, support, marketing), some around projects, and a few try to run the whole company, including the books.

Which all-in-one suite suits which business?

If you need Look at Why
Everything, including finance and inventory Zoho One, Odoo Apps for finance, inventory, HR and more on one subscription
The lowest price for a whole team Bitrix24 A flat monthly price per organization
Email, documents and meetings Microsoft 365, Google Workspace The office suites most people already know
Projects, docs and chat in one place ClickUp Tasks with 15+ views, docs, chat and AI
Marketing, sales and service together HubSpot One CRM under marketing, sales and service hubs
The daily office with AI across all of it Mojobase Email, chat, calendar, documents, tasks, customers, Stripe invoice tracking

We make Mojobase, so read its entry with that in mind. Every fact about the other suites comes from their own websites, checked on 7 November 2026, with each price linked to its source below.

If chat and meetings are the immediate decision, compare Microsoft Teams alternatives.

How do the all-in-one suites compare?

Zoho One: the widest suite for a growing business

Zoho One bundles Zoho's apps on one subscription: CRM, Bigin and Bookings for sales; Campaigns and Marketing Automation; Desk for support; Books, Invoice, Expense, Billing and Payroll for finance; People and Recruit for HR; Mail, Cliq chat and WorkDrive; Projects; and Inventory. Its AI, Zia, is included rather than sold per use. The all-employee price is $30 an employee a month billed yearly in the first year, but every employee on payroll needs a license; the all-employee rate renews at $37 per employee per month from year two. Flexible pricing is $67 per user per month billed annually. Choose it if you want one vendor for almost everything and have time to set it up.

Odoo: the most complete open-source suite

Odoo is a suite of open-source apps that work together: CRM, sales, eCommerce, website, accounting, invoicing, inventory, point of sale, project, HR and more, plus Discuss for chat, Documents and Knowledge. One app is free forever for unlimited users. Standard, with every app, is $24.90 per user per month billed yearly. AI agents and the external API come with Custom at $49 per user per month billed yearly. Both advertised rates apply for the first 12 months to initially ordered users only; confirm renewal pricing separately. Choose it if you sell physical products and want stock, orders and books in the same system.

Bitrix24: the lowest price for a whole team

Bitrix24 combines a CRM with pipelines, invoices and a contact center, tasks with Kanban and Gantt, chat and video calls, a company drive, websites and online stores, and HR tools. It charges a flat price per organization: free for one or two users, $49 a month billed yearly for five users on Basic, and $99 for fifty on Standard. CoPilot AI works across chat, calls, CRM and tasks. Choose it if price per person matters most and you can live with a lot of features in one interface.

Microsoft 365: the office suite for Outlook teams

Microsoft 365 business plans give each person Outlook email on your domain, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive with 1 TB of storage, and Teams for chat, calls and meetings, plus Bookings, Planner and Forms. Business Basic is $7 a user a month paid yearly. Copilot inside the apps comes with the "with Copilot" plans or as an add-on. The business plans list no CRM or help desk among their apps. Choose it if your business runs on Word and Excel.

Google Workspace: the office suite for Gmail teams

Google Workspace gives each person Gmail on your domain, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet and Chat, with Gemini built in. Business Starter is $7 per user per month; Business Standard, at $14 per user per month, adds appointment booking pages, Meet recording and Gemini in Docs and Drive. Both Google rates require a one-year commitment and are billed monthly. Like Microsoft 365, it covers office work rather than customers or invoices. Choose it if your team already works in Gmail and Docs.

ClickUp: the all-in-one for work and projects

ClickUp puts tasks, docs, goals, chat with video calls, forms, dashboards, time tracking and AI agents in one workspace, with a free plan for unlimited members. Core is $9 a user a month billed yearly, Business $17. Its strength is project work rather than email or customers. Choose it if most of your business is project delivery.

HubSpot: the all-in-one for customers

HubSpot puts marketing, sales, service, content and data tools on one CRM, from free tools for two users to the Customer Platform. Starter is $7 a seat a month billed yearly for new customers, against a $20 list price; Customer Platform Professional is $1,300 a month for six seats. AI runs on HubSpot Credits. Choose it if marketing and sales drive your growth.

Mojobase: the daily office with AI that sees all of it

Mojobase puts the daily office in one place: email hosted on your domain or connected from Gmail and Microsoft 365, team chat, calendar with booking links, documents and files, tasks, customers with a support inbox and CRM, Numbers for read-only Stripe invoices and amounts owed, payments, store sales and ad spend, and a Handbook of how the business works. The AI drafts the reply with the invoice in view and turns meeting notes into tasks. Before chasing a late invoice it checks email, meeting notes, team chat and tasks, then drafts a reminder with Stripe's existing payment link for a person to send. Stripe still creates and sends the invoices.

What it doesn't cover: accounting (bookkeeping, tax, expenses, the bank), inventory, spreadsheets, slides, video calls, marketing campaigns and phone support. It costs $39 a month for the first person and $25 for each after, with every app and a monthly AI allowance included. Choose it if the same few people sell, support, invoice and plan, and you want the AI to do the legwork across all of it.

How much does all-in-one software cost for a team of five?

Five people on each suite's entry plan for a whole team, using published per-user monthly rates. Zoho, Odoo, Bitrix24, Microsoft 365, ClickUp and HubSpot rates below use annual billing. Google requires a one-year commitment and bills monthly; Mojobase uses monthly billing. These plans don't cover the same things, so read the table with the previous section.

Suite Plan Price For five people Source
Zoho One All-employee, first year $30 an employee $150 zoho.com
Odoo Standard, billed yearly; first 12 months, initially ordered users only; confirm renewal pricing $24.90 a user $124.5 odoo.com
Bitrix24 Basic $49 flat, 5 users included $49 bitrix24.com
Microsoft 365 Business Basic $7 a user $35 microsoft.com
Google Workspace Business Starter, one-year commitment, billed monthly $7 a user $35 workspace.google.com
ClickUp Business $17 a user $85 clickup.com
HubSpot Starter Customer Platform, new customers $7 a seat $35 hubspot.com
Mojobase Monthly $39 for the first person, $25 each after $139 Pricing

The lowest numbers buy the least. Microsoft 365 at $35 and Google Workspace at $35 cover email, documents, chat and meetings; HubSpot's $35 is a promotional CRM price. A fair comparison adds up everything a team would buy to cover the same ground.

The small-business software budget shows how to count retained specialist seats and usage.

Do you need one suite, or separate tools?

A suite wins when your team is small, the same people touch every part of the business, and the time lost moving between tools is the real cost. Separate tools win when one job is specialised enough to need the best product for it, such as a sales team on a pipeline CRM or an online store on an ecommerce help desk.

Most small businesses end up in between: one suite for the daily work, plus one or two specialist tools. The question to ask of any suite is whether its AI can see across all of it, because that's what turns one subscription into less work rather than just fewer bills.

Questions people ask

What is the best all-in-one software for a small business?

For the widest coverage, including finance apps and inventory, Zoho One or Odoo. For the lowest price for a whole team, Bitrix24. For email, documents and meetings most people already know, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. For a small team whose work runs on email, customers and invoices, with one AI across all of it, Mojobase.

Does Mojobase do accounting?

No. Numbers reads existing Stripe invoices, shows who owes what and drafts reminders with Stripe's existing payment link for a person to send. It also reads payments, store sales and ad spend. Invoice creation and sending stay in Stripe; bookkeeping, tax, expenses, the bank and inventory stay in specialist tools.

Is all-in-one software cheaper than separate tools?

Usually, if you'd use most of what's in it. A suite priced per user for 45 apps is cheap if you use ten and expensive if you use two. Add up what you pay today for email, chat, CRM, help desk, tasks and scheduling, then compare that total with the suite's price for your team.

Can AI agents work across an all-in-one suite?

Increasingly, yes. Zoho MCP connects models to actions across Zoho apps, Bitrix24 has an MCP server for tasks, meetings and deals, and Microsoft and Google offer MCP servers for their data, Google's in developer preview. Mojobase has one MCP server for email, calendar, documents, tasks and the Handbook, under the same rules as its screens.

Who is Mojobase built for?

Mojobase is built for 1 to 25 people, and it works well for teams up to 100: owner-run businesses where the same few people sell, support, send invoices and plan the work. Larger companies with separate departments and specialist tools are better served by Zoho One, Odoo or Microsoft 365.
