Claude and Mojobase
Use Claude with your whole business
Claude connects to Mojobase over MCP. In claude.ai or Claude Desktop, add your company's Mojobase address as a custom connector and sign in; in Claude Code, add it with one command and a key. Claude then reads and drafts across your email, calendar, documents, tasks, customers and Handbook, as you, with everything it does in Activity.

How do you connect Claude to Mojobase?
claude.ai and Claude Desktop
On Pro and Max plans you add it yourself. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds it in Organization settings → Connectors, and members connect from Customize → Connectors.
- In Mojobase, open Settings → Connect an agent and copy your company's address, which looks like
https://app.mojobase.ai/mcp/followed by your company's id. - In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, click + Add, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Mojobase, paste the address and click Continue.
- Choose Sign in now, sign in with your Mojobase account, and click Add.
Claude Code
For developers and anyone who works in the terminal. It uses a key you make in Mojobase.
- In Mojobase, open Settings → Connect an agent and make a key. It's shown once, so copy it.
- Run

/mcpin Claude Code to check that Mojobase is connected.

Why connect Claude to Mojobase rather than to each app?
Because one connection reaches the whole business. Connecting Claude to Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and a task app separately means four connectors, four sign-ins and four sets of rules, and none of them knows about the others. Mojobase's one MCP server gives Claude every app at once, with one search across all of them, so "prepare me for Thursday's call" can read the email, the invoice and the notes together.
What does Claude do with Mojobase that it can't do alone?
It works from the business's own picture. Claude reads the Handbook's business profile first, so it knows what you sell, your prices and your tone. It writes drafts unless you enable agent scheduling in Email Settings → AI and agents. Sending to other addresses also needs Email Settings → General → Send to anyone. Every change it makes is recorded in Activity with Claude's name and model, with Undo where available.

Which Claude plans can connect to Mojobase?
Any plan with custom connectors: Free, Pro, Max, Ultra, Team and Enterprise. Free plans can add one custom connector, which can be Mojobase.
What can Claude see once it's connected?
Exactly what you can see in Mojobase, and nothing more. It acts as you, with your role, in the apps you may open, under the same rules as your screens.
Does using Claude cost extra in Mojobase?
No. Your own Claude runs on your Claude subscription, and connecting it to Mojobase is free. Mojobase's own background work, such as sorting and scheduled runs, uses the AI included in your plan.
How do I disconnect Claude?
Remove the connector in Claude, or switch off its key or access in Mojobase's Settings → Connect an agent. It stops working at once.
