Mojobase's Team chat is built around getting things done between meetings. It keeps channels, DMs and threads, and adds AI that reads so you don't have to: Needs you lists what's waiting on you with a drafted reply, Catch up summarises busy channels, and a message like "let's talk Thursday" gets a private offer of a calendar event. It doesn't do calls or video at all.
How does the AI compare?
In Teams, AI shows up as live captions and meeting transcription in plans with Teams, Copilot Chat on eligible business subscriptions, and Copilot in Teams for chat, calls and catch-up on the Microsoft 365 plans that include Copilot. Teams Premium adds more AI-powered features for plans with a Teams Enterprise licence.
Mojobase's AI is in every plan. Each thread gets a title, a one-line summary and a "Decided:" line once it lands. @Mojobase answers from mail, files, tasks, calendar and the Handbook, and posts in a channel only what everyone there may see, sending anything else privately to whoever asked. Can I move from Teams to Mojobase?
Team chat imports Slack exports and WhatsApp group exports first; Teams is the hardest to import because it needs Microsoft's admin API. Most teams start fresh in Mojobase and keep Teams for meetings.
