Updated 6 November 2026. This covers this website and the Mojobase waitlist.
Who we are
Mojobase runs this site and decides what happens to what you give us here. For anything on this page, write to [email protected].
What we keep when you join
- Your email address, and whether you've confirmed it.
- Which form you used, and when.
- The name an AI agent gave, if one added you.
- Your answers to the two optional questions: which parts you want most, and which email you use for work.
What we use it for
To invite you, to tell you what's ready and what's still on the way, and to decide what to build next. We don't sell it, we don't give it to advertisers, and we don't add you to anyone else's list. We rely on your consent, which you can take back at any time.
Where it's kept
On our own server in Helsinki, Finland, hosted by Hetzner. Hetzner also keeps daily copies of that server for 7 days. We send email through an email delivery service, SMTP2GO, which keeps delivery records, including your address and the subject line, for up to 35 days.
Visiting the site
We don't use cookies or analytics. Like most websites, our web server keeps a log of requests, including your IP address, for up to 14 days, to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
How long, and your choices
You're only on the list once you've clicked the link we email you. If you don't, we delete your details after 30 days. Once you've confirmed, we keep them until you ask us to remove them, or until the waitlist closes. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold by writing to [email protected]. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

If this changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
