### How much does Mojobase cost?

$39 a month for the first person and $25 for each person after, with every app, hosted mailboxes and AI included. The first 10 companies pay $29 and $19, for life. Agents are free, connected mailboxes are unlimited, and prices exclude tax.

### Is there a free plan?

No. Every free company would still cost us AI. Instead, the first 10 companies pay $29 a month for the first person, for life.

### Do mailboxes or agents cost extra?

No. Hosted mailboxes on your own domain are in the per-person price, and connected Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailboxes are unlimited. Agents are never seats; their work counts as AI use.

### What happens when the AI allowance runs out?

You see it coming: credits show what’s left, with a warning first. Then an owner tops up, or the company uses its own API key, or its people their own Claude or ChatGPT.

### What happens if a payment fails?

Nothing locks. The card is tried again while everything keeps working. If it still fails, the company pauses: everyone can sign in, read and export, but nothing new is made until a card is added. Data is kept for 90 days.

### Do prices include tax?

No. VAT and sales tax are added at checkout where they apply, and each company gets its own invoice.

### I work in two companies. Do I pay twice?

Yes, once in each, as in Slack or Google Workspace. Each business keeps its own subscription and invoice, so it can be sold or closed on its own.
