# Mojobase: AI that knows your whole business

Mojobase is your email, customers, finances and files, rebuilt around AI in one home. It handles the day-to-day and flags what needs you.

## The problem

Right now, the only thing connecting a small business is its owner. The invoice is in the accounting app, the promise is in an email, the reason is in a chat from three weeks ago, and everything else is in their head. So every question comes back to them, and when they stop, the business stops.

AI was meant to fix this. But it only sees the pieces someone has connected or pasted in, and the business is scattered across too many apps for that to add up. AI has plenty of brains. What it's missing is the picture.

## One example

Dana, a customer, emails: "Our bookkeeper is asking about invoice 1042. Didn't we agree to hold that until our second delivery arrives?"

AI inside an email app can only see Dana's email, so it writes a polite holding reply. Finding the invoice, the call notes and the delivery date is still the owner's job.

Mojobase can see the email, the invoice ($2,400, still unpaid), the call on the 14th ("hold 1042 until delivery two") and the second delivery (Sam, on Thursday). So it writes: "Hi Dana, you're right. We agreed on the 14th to hold invoice 1042 until your second delivery, which Sam is bringing on Thursday. There's nothing to pay until then."

## What each part does

Every tool the business runs on is rebuilt around AI. Because it all lives together, each part can do the work itself, using what the others know.

- **Keep the email address you have.** Mojobase connects to the email you already use, whether that's Gmail, Microsoft 365 or another provider, so your customers won't see any change.

## Questions

**How is this different from ChatGPT, or the AI in the apps I use now?** ChatGPT and the AI built into your apps only see what you paste in or connect, and your business is scattered across too many places for that to add up. Mojobase works from all of it together, because your email, customers, meetings, tasks and finances all live in one place. That's the difference between a polite holding reply and the right answer.

**What can the AI actually do?** Most of what you'd hand to a capable assistant who has read everything. It answers customers, follows up late invoices, prepares you for meetings, writes proposals, keeps tasks moving and answers your team's questions. You ask in a sentence, and one request can check the invoice, read the call notes, write the email and add the follow-up.
