# Numbers

Your business's numbers in one place: sales from Shopify and Amazon, and ad spend from Meta, Google and Amazon Ads, added up every day, so you don't need five tabs and a spreadsheet each morning.

## Connect your sources

Owners go to **Numbers → Connect a source**, or **Settings → Connections**, and connect Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Ads or Amazon Ads. Each connection shows its state (connected, last synced, needs reconnecting) and can be disconnected at any time, which deletes its copies.

Connections are **read-only**: Mojobase never changes anything in your store or your ad accounts.

## What you see

- **Overview:** total sales, ad spend, return on ad spend (ROAS) and orders, each compared with the period before. A single day is compared with the same weekday last week.
- **Sales:** Shopify and Amazon, each with sales, orders and average order.
- **Ads:** Meta, Google and Amazon Ads, each with spend, the sales the platform says its ads made, and its campaigns.
- **Periods:** Today so far, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This month, Last month, and a chart of the last 30 days.

Sales are counted before tax, shipping and refunds, the same way on every channel, so the total adds up. ROAS is total sales divided by total ad spend. Each platform's own claim stays on its own line, because the platforms all take credit for the same sale.

## What the AI does

- **Answers** in Quick actions: *"What did Amazon do yesterday?"* or *"How did last week's ads do against sales?"*
- **Flags what's unusual** in the morning sweep and Friday review: *"Meta spend is up 38% on last week, Shopify sales are flat; two campaigns account for most of it."*

## Who sees it

Numbers is for owners until an owner opens it to others in **Settings → Apps**. Switch AI off in **Numbers Settings** and no AI sees any of it.
