# Customers

Everyone your business works with, kept up to date from the work itself, and your customers' questions answered first by AI. There's no CRM to fill in.

## People and companies

- **People** have names, addresses, a company, a job title, a phone number and notes. **Companies** have their web domains and notes.
- Add someone without a company and Mojobase files them under the company their email address belongs to.
- A person's page shows your last emails, next meeting, tasks and files with them, from the rest of Mojobase. Each person in your team sees only what they could see anyway.

## Found for you

Mojobase looks through your email and calendar for the people you actually work with. People from shared mailboxes are added for the whole team. The rest wait for you under **Found for you**, with **Add** or **Not a customer**.

It also tells you who you **owe a reply**, and who has **gone quiet**: you used to talk, nothing for 30 days, and no meeting booked. *"Who hasn't ordered in 60 days? Write to each of them."*

## Support

Set which of your addresses are for support in **Customers Settings → Support addresses**, like support@. Their mail moves into Customers' **Inbox**, and replies still go out from that address.

The support AI answers first, with strict rules:

- it answers only from your **published** Handbook pages;
- it answers on its own only for the topics you've set to **Auto**, and drafts the rest for a person to send;
- it hands the conversation to a person when it isn't sure;
- every reply is in **Activity**.

## Who can change what

Everyone in your team sees, adds and changes people and companies, and every change can be undone. AI may add and update them, but only a person deletes.
