## What's the real difference between Mojobase and Google Workspace?

Google Workspace gives you the tools to make things: mail, documents, spreadsheets, slides and video calls. Business Standard, with booking pages and Gemini in Docs, is $14 per user per month with a one-year commitment, billed monthly; five people cost $70 a month on those terms. The fairer question is what each replaces. Workspace covers email, files and meetings, and a small team usually adds a CRM, a help desk, a task app and an invoicing tool on top.
